Why Holland South Fit Body Boot Camp?
Every class is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer. Classes are designed to be fun and supportive but challenging enough to burn fat and increase muscle tone within 30-mintue sessions.
Each class consists of (HIIT) High-Intensity Interval Training, which is an exercise strategy alternating short periods of cardio exercises with less-intense recovery periods. What does this mean for you? Your body is burning more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long.

At Holland South Fit Body Boot Camp, our trainers custom design each class to include a variety of exercises that keep you moving and engaged. Be ready for a motivational community of trainers and other Boot Camp members who attend class regularly to achieve their fitness goals within a structured gym environment.
Some of our gym equipment includes fitness balls, weights, TRX, and ropes. There are no treadmills here. At the beginning of each class, a trainer will demonstrate each exercise. Then throughout your work out, trainers will motivate and assist you in maximizing your potential.
